PowerPC Products currently available

The CyberstormPPC is like all other Phase5 PowerPC boards - a so-called dual processor board for the Amiga 3000 / Amiga 4000 series (compatible with the Micronik A-1500 Ti). The CyberstormPPC has a 604e PowerPC processor combined with a 68k CPU.

The CyberVisisonPPC is a new graphics card. It uses the Cyberstorm expansion bus and plugs directly onto the CyberStormPPC/MkIII. It's equipped with the Permedia 2 Graphics processor which will allow fast 2D and 3D graphics.

The Blizzard 603e (+) is another dual processor board, this time for the Amiga 1200. It's shipped in two basic versions - with or without a SCSI II controller onboard. The unit is equipped with a 603e PowerPC and a 68040 or 68060 companion processor.

The BVision graphics board is a version of the CyberVisionPPC for BPPC owners. It's also fitted directly on the PPC Board which makes it faster than any other Zorro-based graphics board.

Future PowerPC Hardware

The BrainStormer (Working title) is the first PowerPC-Processorboard, that is delivered without a 68k processor. This is made possible with the WarpUP driver-packet and the 68k-emulation-software from Haage&Partner. The BrainStormer is the first G3- Board for the Amiga.
